Knowing that you can get your documents notarized somewhere other than a bank or UPS store is a game changer. When we take it a step further and now you know that a mobile notary will come to you at a time and place that is convenient for you it makes all the difference. You no longer are tied down to a location or bound by someone else’s schedule. This is all great news.
Just like with most things in life when there are more options sometimes it can make it harder to choose or make it seem like it’s more complicated. Today I would like to help simplify that for you a bit so you know when you can typically book me for an appointment. It would be super easy to just post some hours that I am always available and tell you that I can be reached for appointments during those times. You are looking for flexibility, options, and trying to be prepared for the last minute emergencies and not everything fits nice and easy into one of those time slots.
Available Times to Book on My Website
Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm central time
Saturdays from 2:00-4:00 pm central time
These are the times that I have set aside to easily book me on the website. Because there is so much more variability in my schedule on evenings and weekends I don’t make those times able to be booked online. While I have connected several calendars to my online booking system there are still several times where potential conflicts would not be caught.
Evenings
I am typically available to help with your notarizations between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm at night. I take each of these requests on a case by case basis so please contact me if you would like to schedule an appointment during this time. Whether I am able to help as your mobile notary public will largely depend on my other commitments and the location of the appointment.
Please call or text me at 612-421-2230 to schedule an appointment between 6-10 pm. Make sure to leave a message if I don’t pick up and let me know that you are looking for an evening appointment.
Overnight
Overnight appointments for a notary public to come to you are also available on an as needed basis. I prioritize my availability for these appointments based on the need and urgency of the request. There is typically a higher travel and convenience fee for overnight appointments but I will let you know about that at the time of the appointment. Since so many of the requests for overnight appointments come at the last minute and often may involve urgent situations it’s good a reminder to have your paperwork and IDs ready prior to the appointment. I do charge a fee for waiting an excess amount of time for someone to arrive, complete a document, or seek advice on filling out a document.
Weekends
I am available to help with notarize your documents on Saturdays and Sundays and am always happy to help when I can. I only make from 2-4:00 pm on Saturday available to book online due to other commitments that vary from week to week. What about online notarization times?
I am available to help with your remote online notarization needs during all of the same times as listed above. The great thing about remote online notarization is that it allows me to have greater flexibility with my schedule and fit in more last minute appointments. At the time I’m publishing this you need at least 24 hours notice to book an online appointment but if you text or call me I can get you in within 1-2 hours if I have some open availability.
