While it can often make sense to go to your bank or UPS store there are many situations where you can benefit from having a notary come to you.
A Mobile Notary Can Help When You Are Busy
When time is of the essence and you are a busy it often makes more sense to have a notary public come to you. I have many clients who value their time and don’t want to wait in line hoping the notary is in and able to sign their documents. I travel all over the Minneapolis and St. Paul area including the southern suburbs of Lakeville, Apple Valley, Eagan, and Burnsville to make life and work a little more enjoyable for my clients.
Parents Of Young Kids Love Having A Notary Public At A Time That’s Convenient
If you have little ones you know the lengths you go to to avoid standing in lines with your kids. Just getting out of the house is a chore in itself and you have to think about nap schedules, when your kids are going to get hungry, and whether you have enough toys to keep them occupied while you wait. What if you could just do away with all of that hassle and have a notary show up when it’s convenient for your kid’s schedule? You can and I will make the whole process easy for you.
Your Bank Lobby Is Closed Or You Use An Online Bank
Covid changed things for so many people and industries. Between shutdowns, employees out sick, labor shortages and more we are finding many banks are still not fully open yet or you have to set an appointment to get in the building. If you need to have an appointment wouldn’t it make just as much sense to have the notary come to you? Another thing we are seeing is many people moving to online only banks that don’t have a local branch. In these cases you can’t get a notarization done at the local bank because they do that as a service for their own customers.
When Two People Don’t Get Along
It’s a tricky situation for everyone involved when two people need to sign a document in front of a notary but they don’t get along. There could be all kinds of reasons for the acrimony including divorce, broken friendships, family dynamics, strained business relationships, and more. A mobile notary can relieve some of the tension by taking the document to each signer and witnessing them signing it and then delivering it to where it needs to go. In many case multiple copies could be notarized or certified copies of the original could be provided.
When Someone Is Too Frail, Weak, Or Otherwise Unable To Leave Their Home
This is one of the most common reasons people contact me to travel to their home in the Burnsville, Apple Valley, Lakeville, and Eagan areas. I have extensive experience working with assisted living homes, nursing homes, and hospice facilities. It is an honor to help people breathe a little easier knowing they finally got their important documents notarized.
