We Are An Extension Of You
We ask you questions about your preferences, how you typically perform closings, and what else we can do to customize closings for your clients. Examples from clients may include: taking a picture of your clients at closing; clients holding a sign in their picture; folders or business cards that are given to your clients with their documents; the order documents are presented; and many other customizations.
We Make Sure To Communicate Well With All Parties
From the start of accepting the job to after you have received the documents back we communicate with you. We make sure to ask for clarifications when needed. When we are provided the signer’s contact information we reach out to confirm the appointment and let the signers know how they can contact us. We send you an email back about how the signing went and let you know if anything was collected.
Intro Videos For Signers
When we are provided the signer’s contact info we send a brief video to prepare the signers for their appointment. Signers will also get an easy to follow checklist that accompanies the video. Your signers will be familiar with Travis prior to the appointment.
Mobile Printing
I have a full mobile office in my car including a dual tray laser printer, scanner, and office supplies. This allows me to take last minute closings to better serve you. I can print corrected documents, last minute documents, or even copies of items that are to be collected at closing.
Closing Documents Delivered Promptly
I make sure to get documents back to you as soon as possible…every time. Need me to drop off docs the same day? I can do that for you. Do you want documents put in a certain location or dropped at a different location?
